He Did It!!

My dad is an avid bowler...we've been bowling since we were like 6 years old. He started us kids out in the Mickey/Minnie league...I even had my own pink bowling ball. Well at the beginning of high school I decided bowling wasn't something I wanted to pursue so I stopped. I think deep down inside my dad wished I had continued...and to be honest there are times I wish I had too...not to be conceited, but I was pretty good. Anyway, my dad has continued to bowl and is wicked good! He had to stop while he was in his chemo treatments and it was sad for all of us not to see him be able to participate in something he loves so much! Well, anyway he started back this season and is bowling in a few leagues. Tonight, my mom called to tell me that he had bowled his first 300!!! That is so amazing...it is a perfect game...12 strikes in a row!!! Not a ton of people can say they have accomplished this. I am so proud of my dad!! Way to go Daddy!!!
