2 Week Checkup and Sewing

Things seem to be sorting themselves out around here. I'm quickly learning how to juggle 2 kids and make them both happy (most of the time). Things seem to be going TONS better in the nursing department...so thank you for your prayers haha. Addie had her 2 week checkup on Tuesday and she weighed 6 lbs 7 oz and is 19 inches long! We were SO excited! In a week she gained 14 oz...guess something is working lol. I've been sewing a lot lately. It is my way of getting away and doing something for myself. I feel so good when I accomplish something and I love making new things and saving us a ton of $$! I made a "Hooter Hider" the other day...they retail for like $35 and I made one for like 1/4th of that....I also just made this blanket thing called a clover blanket, or carseat swaddle blanket...for now, I am calling it a Baby Bungalow Burrito...they retail for like $60..which is a rip off in my opinion! Anyway, they are awesome! I'll post some pics later tonight! Anyhoo, all is well at the Maas household!
